These donughts are my favorite. I like to make them for Fauchnaught Day, or "Donught Day", also known as Fat Tuesday.

Step 1

Beat eggs.

Step 2

Add sour cream and milk and stir.

Step 3

Add dry ingredients.

Step 4

Mix in enough flour to solidify dough.

Step 5

Let dough stand for 2 hours, until outside is slightly crunchy.

Step 6

Turn dough onto floured surface and cut into whatever kind of doughnut shapes you want.

Step 7

Fry the doughnuts in oil until light brown and crispy.

Step 8

Sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste. Enjoy!
