Sweet Pepper Potato Slices

Mouth Watering Potatoes

8 ea Potatoes, Sliced

1 lb Bacon, Chopped

2 cups Mushrooms, Sliced

2 medium Onions, Chopped

2 ea Sweet Green Bell Peppers, Chopped

1 cup White and yellow cheese, Gradded and mixed

4 qt roasting pot

Step 1

Saute bacon

Step 2

Add onions, green peppers,mushrooms and saute 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add potato slices and stir to combine.

Step 4

Remove lid and sprinkle the cheese on top. Replace the lid for 3 to 5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
