Cheesy Potatoes

1 2# pkg. Frozen Hashed Brown Potatoes, Thaw 30 minutes.

3/4 Stick Margarine, Melted

1 10 oz. can Cream of Chicken Soup,

Salt and Pepper to Taste,

16 oz. Sour Cream (Low Fat not Non Fat),

5 - 6 oz. Sharp Ceddar Cheese, Shredded

1/2 cup Onion, Chopped

9"x13" Glass Pan

Step 1

Mix together: Margarine

Step 2

Mix in potatoes.

Step 3

Pour into pan (I spray with PAM.)

Step 4

Can sprinkle with crushed potato chips. (I don't!)

Step 5

Bake 350 40 minutes to 1 hour (until bubbly and edges are browning).
