Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2

Drain artichoke and chop into small pieces.

Step 3

Place artichokes in mixing bowl and add cheeses, garlic, and thyme.

Step 4

Stir in mayonnaise and mix well.

Step 5

Spread evenly in a 2 qt. glass baking dish.

Step 6

Sprinkle with paprika.

Step 7

Bake 15 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and top is lightly browned.
