It's like a shrimps omelete.

Step 1

Chop 1 small onion and fry it till golden

cut 3 small potatoes in small cubes and cook them (do not overcook!) in a separate

add one chicken bouillon cube dissolved in hot water to the onions

Step 4

add 2 or three small chopped tomatoes

Step 5

add shrimps, cooked potatoes and some water

Step 6

cover and cook (low heat) for 10 minutes (if it's still too watery, leave in the heat for

Beat three eggs (only the white part) till you get a fluffy white mixture. Add some salt,

Step 8

Pour the fluffly stuff on top of the shrimps and potatoes. Leave in low heat for 1 or 2

Step 9

Take the whole pan to the oven (400). Leave till egg topping is golden

It's ready to eat!!

You can decorate the egg topping with slices of tomatoes and peppers
