A quick twist on regular chicken salad.

Step 1

Boil the chicken breasts in water in the frying pan until cooked through. Cool.

Step 2

Dice the chicken, then mix with apple, lemon juice, curry powder, mayonaise and raisins. Add enough curry powder to suit your taste.

Step 3

Serve on bread or with crackers for a quick snack.
