We received this recipe from Dale's, a great spot for soup in Milwaukee. It's great on cold winter days.
Brown and drain the ground beef. Add all other ingredients up to beef boulion, and simmer until green peppers are tender.
Add angel hair pasta, broken into small pieces, and cook until noodles are tender. This can simmer for an hour.
Serve with bread or crackers, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
