Step 1

Bring water to a boil in the saucepan.

Step 2

Stir in Oats, salt and cinnamon.

Step 3

Reduce heat slightly and boil for 10 minutes -- stir occasionally.

Step 4

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes -- stir frequently until thickened.

Step 5

Remove from heat and stir in pumpkin.

Step 6

Top with blueberries and honey and serve hot.
