This Hamburger/Potato Bake is very easy and very filling.
Preheat oven to 350-375 degrees F
Combine hamburger, bread crumbs and egg. Layer this mixture in the bottom of the casserole dish.
Top hamburger with cream of mushroom soup.
Sprinkle peas and corn over soup.
Place tator tots in neat rows overtop of the peas and corn to completely cover the casserole with a single layer of tots.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with parmesean cheese.
Bake for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
