We ate this as appetizers for New Years 2007.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saw the ribs to 2-3 inch pieces. Place on cookie sheet, cover with tin foil, and cook for 30 minutes.
Juice lemon and orange and remove seeds. Place juice in food processor with remaining ingredients. Process until smooth.
Increase oven temp to 400. Pour off any fat in the cookie sheet. Spoon the pureed mixture over the ribs and toss to coat evenly.
Return the ribs to the oven for another 40 minutes, turning and basting occasionally until golden brown.
