This biscuit recipe is yummy for just biscuits of for a quick base in a pizza (just exchange the butter for olive oil).
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Whisk the first 3 ingredients together in the mixing bowl.
Cut in the butter until the consistency of coarse cornmeal. Stir in the milk to make a soft dough. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured board and knead for a half a minute.
Bake on an ungreased baking sheet in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until browned.
