In large pasta pot, boil water and cook the linguini for ~10 minutes. Drain in colander, retain a little pasta water, and replace pasta in pot.
While pasta is cooking, combine garlic, pepitas, salt, basil leaves, and olive oil in food processor, and process into a smooth paste. Toss with pasta in pot, makes 4 servings. Enjoy with dolmas, hummus and pita.
