Step 1

Rinse the garbanzo beans at least three times. Microwave to heat and dry them. Add to food processor, and pulse until ground.

Step 2

Add the rest of the ingredients, liquids first and mix, then spices and salt, until smooth and creamy. Add more olive oil and water as needed.
