Chicken and Dumpling soup

A nice creamy soup for the chicken and dumpling craving.

Step 1

In large pot, melt butter. Add leeks, garlic, potatoes, rosemary, thyme and mushroom umami. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes

Step 2

Sprinkle sauce with flour. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in stock and sour cream. Bring to boil over high heat.

Step 3

Stir in pasta, reduce heat to medium and cook pasta until tender (can add precooked pasta and not cook as long). Season to taste with salt and pepper.
