Baked cauliflower steaks.
Heat oven to 425 F. Slice the cauliflower into 3/4 inch slices. Place the slices on a silpat lined baking sheet. Mix the dry seasonings in a small bowl.
Use a silicone brush to cover cauliflower slices with olive oil. Sprinkle half of the dry spice mixture over the cauliflower. Bake at 425 F for 15 minutes.
Take the pan out of the oven, use the large spatula to flip the cauliflower. Use a silicone brush to cover this side of the cauliflower slices with olive oil. Sprinkle the remaining half of the dry spice mixture over the cauliflower. Bake at 425 F for 15 minutes until browned and fork-tender.
