Step 1

Remove shells from eggs. Slice eggs in half length-wise; rinse and remove yolks and discard.

Step 2

Press extra water out of tofu. Place tofu in food processor with mustard and Vegenaise. Process until smooth.

Step 3

Place tofu mixture in ziplock bag, remove the tip to pipe into the egg halves. Sprinkle with paprika and serve chilled.
