A yummy breakfast/lunch casserole. You can mix it up with different sausages, diced bacon, etc.
Butter the baking dish and line bottom with tater tots (if the tots are frozen, thaw in microwave after placing them in the baking dish).
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix the milk, seasoned salt, cayenne, eggs, leeks, 1/2 of both cheeses, salt and pepper. Pour over tater tots.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheeses over the tater tots. Cover the dish with tin foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 25 minutes until set. Cut and serve.
