Crispy seasoned tofu using air fryer.
Press the tofu in a tofu press for 10 minutes and dice the tofu in 1 inch blocks and place in the large bowl. In one small bowl, combine the sesame oil and soy sauce. In another small bowl, combine all dried spices.
Pour the wet ingredients over the tofu and mix. Pour the dry ingredients over the tofu and mix well.
Place the tofu in the air fryer (with spaces around the tofu pieces) at 400 degrees and cook for 10 minutes. Cool and enjoy.
