These Americanized muffins are slightly sweeter than traditional Irish soda bread and bursting with crasins
Preheat over to 400F. Put cups in muffin tin.
In medium bowl, whisk flour, baking power, baking soda, salt, sugar, and crasins.
In second bowl, whisk egg, yogurt, and butter.
Gently stir wet and dry until just moistened, do not over mix.
Spoon batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 20 minutes. Set on cooling rack, eat when cool enough.
