Beans and Mushroom Pasta

Mushrooms and beans, with pasta, wow!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup pasta cooked
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 4 tsp butter
  • leek small chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 lb mushrooms sliced
  • 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 can black beans
  • 3 tsp Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • nonstick skillet
  • saucepan for boiling pasta

Method
 

  1. Heat the oil and butter in the frying pan to cook the leeks. Add mushrooms and garlic to pan, cook 3-4 minutes.
  2. Stir in sundried tomatoes. Stir in the beans. Cook for 5-6 minutes to cook down liquid.
  3. Add the pasta, parmesan, salt and pepper.
