use a mixture of different meats - try mostly ground beef with some***sausage thrown in.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup storebought stuffing crunched
  • .25 cup ketchup
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 onions minced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 2 clove garlic minced

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • baking pan
  • Oven

Method
 

  1. Mince, dice, slice, smash the onions and garlic as small as you can.
  2. Pound the stuffing as well.
  3. Smoosh everything together in a mixing bowl.
  4. When well mixed, fit into a cooking pan, leaving no spaces.
  5. Spread a mixture of lemon juice, brown suger and ketchup on top.
  6. Layer slices of onion and lemon on top.
  7. Cook for about 1 hour in oven preheated to 350. It's done when the top turns brown and a fork comes out clean.
