Ingredients
  

  • 8 ea Potatoes Sliced
  • 1 lb Bacon Chopped
  • 2 cups Mushrooms Sliced
  • 2 medium Onions Chopped
  • 2 ea Sweet Green Bell Peppers Chopped
  • 1 cup White and yellow cheese Gradded and mixed

Equipment

  • 4 qt roasting pot
  • knife

Method
 

  1. Saute bacon
  2. Add onions, green peppers,mushrooms and saute 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Add potato slices and stir to combine.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 deg F in your oven.
  5. Remove lid and sprinkle the cheese on top. Replace the lid for 3 to 5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
  6. Enjoy!!
