  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 2 c whipping cream
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract

Equipment

  • Bowl and whisk
  • Ice Cream Maker

Method
 

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour the mix in the ice cream maker and run until frozen (about 5 minutes). Scoop and serve (goes well with berries/fruit).
