Method
- Mix flour, salt and pepper.
- Tenderize round steak and. Dip in milk and then flour.
- Fry in deep fat at approximately 375 deg F until golden brown.
- Make the Gravy.
- After steak is done, poor off fat leaving about 4 tbsp in pan. Add 4 tbsp flour. Stir until smooth.
- Add the quart of milk.
- Stir and cook until thickened for steak gravy.
