Mini-Cinnamon Rolls

Mini-Cinnamon Rolls

A yummy breakfast treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 8 oz. cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/2 cup margarine softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple juice or milk

Equipment

  • 9 inch round baker

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Separate rolls into rectangles. Press perforations.
  3. Spread with margarine.
  4. Combine granulated sugar, cinnamon and raisins and sprinkle over the margarine.
  5. Roll up each rectangle from the short end. Cut each roll into 5 slices.
  6. Place slices cut side down in ungreased 9 inch circular baker.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Mix powdered sugar and apple juice or milk to form glaze. Drizzle on top of warm rolls.
