I love this breakfast dish- a sweat, chewy dish to keep you full all morning long.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 c One minute quick oats
  • 1 c Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 c milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c melted butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c dried cranberries
  • 1/4 c mini chocolate chips

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Pan

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In mixing bowl, mix together first 5 ingredients.
  3. Stir in parts 6-9. Briefly stir in cranberries and chocolate chips. Pour into pan and place the pan in the oven.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes with the top on the pan, or covered in tinfoil. Cook for remaining 5-10 minutes with the top off the pan. Continue to cook until a toothpick comes out clean.
