Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 eggs
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups peaches
  • 1 cup blackberries

Equipment

  • 2 bowls

  • 9 inch spring form pan

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cream together butter and sugar. Mix eggs.
  3. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt. Add mixture to sugar alternating with milk. Stir in vanilla
  4. Grease and flour pan. Add mixture. Top with peaches and blackberries. Top with Streusel topping. Cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
