Great for holiday meals!

These little pastas float in a whipped topping and pineapple juice mixture and taste great!

Mike gave us this recipe, saying it was a hit at their after-wedding brunch. We can't wait to try it during a Mexican food week.

This recipe was invented to please my pasta-loving husband. It makes an excellent lunch or summer dinner entree.
