Roasted Garlic
A quick way to make a good spread of roasted garlic. We like to use it in mashed potatoes.

Method
- Cut off the top of the garlic bulb. Drizzle in the olive oil, coating the top of the cloves and letting it seep in. Wrap in aluminum foil.
- Cook in the oven for 45 minutes at 450 degrees (faster in toaster oven), bottom down.
- Unrap foil and cook for 5 more minutes to brown the tops.
- Using hotpad gloves, squeeze the garlic and watch the cloves pop out. Eat and enjoy!
