Artichoke and Cheese Dip

Delicious dip for snacking!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 14 oz. cans artichoke hearts in water
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tsp. garlic minced
  • 2 tsp. thyme chopped
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika

Equipment

  • collinder
  • Sharp knife
  • Mixing Bowl
  • 2qt. glass baking dish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Drain artichoke and chop into small pieces.
  3. Place artichokes in mixing bowl and add cheeses, garlic, and thyme.
  4. Stir in mayonnaise and mix well.
  5. Spread evenly in a 2 qt. glass baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Bake 15 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and top is lightly browned.
