Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Calamari sliced into rings
  • 1 c Flour
  • 2 c Canola oil

Equipment

  • Small bowl
  • sauce pan

Method
 

  1. Heat the canola oil to a medium high heat. Meanwhile coat the rings in flour.
  2. Cook the coated calamari in batches. Serve with maranara sauce.
