Cheesy Potatoes

Servings: 10 -12 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 2 # pkg. Frozen Hashed Brown Potatoes Thaw 30 minutes.
  • 3/4 Stick Margarine Melted
  • 1 10 oz. can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 16 oz. Sour Cream Low Fat not Non Fat ,
  • 5 - 6 oz. Sharp Ceddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Onion Chopped

Equipment

  • 9"x13" Glass Pan

Method
 

  1. Mix together: Margarine, Soup, Salt and pepper, Sour Cream, Cheese, Onion
  2. Mix in potatoes.
  3. Pour into pan (I spray with PAM.)
  4. Can sprinkle with crushed potato chips. (I don't!)
  5. Bake 350 40 minutes to 1 hour (until bubbly and edges are browning).
