Crispy Tofu

Crispy seasoned tofu using air fryer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 block Extra Firm Tofu Pressed and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Equipment

  • 1 large bowl
  • Air fryer with non-stick sheet
  • Tofu press
  • 2 small bowls

Method
 

  1. Press the tofu in a tofu press for 10 minutes and dice the tofu in 1 inch blocks and place in the large bowl. In one small bowl, combine the sesame oil and soy sauce. In another small bowl, combine all dried spices.
  2. Pour the wet ingredients over the tofu and mix. Pour the dry ingredients over the tofu and mix well.
  3. Place the tofu in the air fryer (with spaces around the tofu pieces) at 400 degrees and cook for 10 minutes. Cool and enjoy.
