Fritada de Camar~ao

It's like a shrimps omelete.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 small pack shrimps
  • 3 potatoes
  • flour
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon

Equipment

  • one frying pan medium or large
  • one boling pan

Method
 

  1. Chop 1 small onion and fry it till golden
  2. cut 3 small potatoes in small cubes and cook them (do not overcook!) in a separate pan
  3. add one chicken bouillon cube dissolved in hot water to the onions
  4. add 2 or three small chopped tomatoes
  5. add shrimps, cooked potatoes and some water
  6. cover and cook (low heat) for 10 minutes (if it's still too watery, leave in the heat for more minutes
  7. Beat three eggs (only the white part) till you get a fluffy white mixture. Add some salt, the yolks, mix all, add a little bit of plain flour.
  8. Pour the fluffly stuff on top of the shrimps and potatoes. Leave in low heat for 1 or 2 minutes.
  9. Take the whole pan to the oven (400). Leave till egg topping is golden
  10. It's ready to eat!!
  11. You can decorate the egg topping with slices of tomatoes and peppers before putting the pan in the oven.
