Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz orzo pasta al dente
  • 8 oz olives sliced
  • 8 oz mushrooms diced
  • 4 pickles diced
  • 8 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese grated
  • 4 oz real mayonase low fat ,
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • .5 tsp pepper ground

Equipment

  • Large Bowl with cover

Method
 

  1. Prepare veggies as specified.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and chill before serving (best if prepared the day before for combined flavors).
