Ingredients
  

  • 3 Hass avocados roughly chopped
  • 0.5 small red onion finely chopped
  • 0.5 jalapeno pepper finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. cilantro finely chooped
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice
  • black pepper
  • salt

  • Medium bowl
  • fork

Method
 

  1. Combine the avocados, onion, jalapeno, and lime juice in a medium bowl.
  2. Mash lightly with a fork
  3. Mix in cilantro, pepper and salt to suit your taste
