Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz spinach chopped and fresh
  • 1 13 3/4- oz artichoke hearts drained and finely chopped
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1 c Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 c pepper jack cheese grated

Equipment

  • Casserole dish
  • Spoonula

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a casserole dish with non-stick spray. Combine all ingredients but jack cheese in a large bowl. Stir well with a metal spoon. Sprinkle jack cheese on top of casserole dish.
  2. Place dish in oven to bake for 30 minutes. Great to serve with bagel chips, naan and vegetables.
