- Preheat over to 400F. Put cups in muffin tin.
- In medium bowl, whisk flour, baking power, baking soda, salt, sugar, and crasins.
- In second bowl, whisk egg, yogurt, and butter.
- Gently stir wet and dry until just moistened, do not over mix.
- Spoon batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Set on cooling rack, eat when cool enough.
