- Heat oil and butter in saute pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and garlic. Sprinkle with salt.
- Do not touch for 2-3 minutes, increase heat to medium high for 5 minutes (steady sizzle) and stir occasionally. The key is to stir no more than once a minute.
- Cook another 2-4 minutes, toss, add chopped parsely if desired and enjoy!
