Ingredients
  

  • 1 leek diced
  • 5 lbs potatoes peeled, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can Cannellini beans
  • 1/4 cup celery diced
  • 1/3 Veelveta diced
  • 2 Mock Bacon microwave, dice

Equipment

  • stock pot

Method
 

  1. Cook leeks, garlic powder, and celery in olive oil.
  2. Wash Cannellini beans, add 1/2 cup water, cook for 5 mintues. Add potatoes and cover with water.
  3. Cook for 30 minutes. Add velveeta and bacon.
