Raspberry Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 6 oz. pkg. raspberry gelatin
  • 1 16 oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple drained (reserve juice)
  • 1 cup nuts chopped

Equipment

  • Medium Pyrex Dish

Method
 

  1. Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Add cranberry sauce and pineapple juice. Chill until slightly thickened.
  2. Stir in pineapple and nuts. Put in medium Pyrex dish and refrigerate until ready to serve.
