Tamarind Rice Soup

A warm, soothing, easy-on-your-stomach soup that's wonderful for when you're a little "under the weather" or when you just want something simple and tasty.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp Vegetarian Vegetable Boullion
  • 1 Packet Knorr R Tamarind Soup Base ,
  • 2 Quarts water
  • steamed rice hot (can be re-heated leftover rice)

Equipment

  • sauce pan

Method
 

  1. Combine water, boullion and soup base in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring often.
  3. Spoon steamed rice into the bottom of a bowl. Ladle on the broth to cover the rice. Enjoy!
